AI Card Assessor explained

Claude reads market data and gives you a one-page investment verdict on any card.

What it does

Pick any card → click AI Assessor. The assistant reads:

  • The card's full price history
  • Recent eBay sold trends (volume + median direction)
  • PSA population data
  • Set release context
  • Rarity and significance tier

…then writes a structured investment verdict: Strong Buy / Buy / Hold / Sell / Avoid, with the reasoning. Takes about 8 seconds.

What's in the verdict

  • A one-line headline
  • Supporting bullets (3-5 specific data points)
  • A risk-flag section (volatility, low liquidity, reprint risk, etc.)
  • A 30-day price outlook with a confidence percentage

How to use it

The verdict is best treated as a second opinion, not a buy/sell signal. It synthesises data you could read yourself but couldn't pattern-match across in real time. Use it before placing a 4-figure buy / pulling the trigger on a Sniper deal.

Limits

  • Elite plan only
  • 200 queries / month (resets on your billing date)
  • Each card takes ~$0.20 in Claude tokens — that's why it's gated
  • Doesn't predict the future — claims of "+30% in 30 days" are confidence-weighted, not promises

Not financial advice

This is a research tool, not a recommendation. The verdict reflects what the data says today. Markets can and do break patterns. See the disclaimers article.
