Billing cycle and invoices

When you're charged

You're charged on the same day each month as your original signup. Stripe handles the renewal automatically; we don't store your card details.

Downloading invoices

1. Go to /settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage subscription — Stripe customer portal opens.
3. Each billing line shows a Download invoice button.

Invoices include: company name, line items, tax (where applicable), and payment method last 4 digits.

VAT and tax

EU customers see VAT applied at checkout. The invoice from Stripe includes your VAT details if you provided them. If you need to add a VAT number to invoices already issued, contact support.
