Logging a sale
Two paths:
- From the card row in your collection → click → Log sale
- From /sales → + Log Sale → search the card
The dialog asks for:
- Sale price (gross)
- Platform (eBay / TCGplayer / other)
- Fees (eBay auto-fills 12.9%; override if needed)
- Shipping (out, paid by you)
- Date sold
How P&L is calculated
Realised P&L = Sale price − Fees − Shipping out − Purchase price
The collection row is automatically removed after logging the sale, so your portfolio value doesn't double-count.
The dashboard
/sales shows your full sales ledger sorted newest-first. Top stats: total realised P&L, total fees paid, win rate (% of sales above purchase price), and average hold time.
CSV export
Click Export CSV at the top of /sales. The file includes every sale with all fields above plus the card's metadata (set, number, grade, rarity).
Pro plan only
P&L tracking is a Pro feature. Free users see their collection but can't log sales.
