If /deals shows an empty state or "0 live deals", one of these is usually the reason.
1. Your watch list is empty
The Sniper only scans cards on your Sniper watch list. If you haven't added any, you'll see no deals. Add some from any card detail page → Add to Sniper.
2. Filters are too tight
The All Deals tab respects your filter pills (set, grade, min margin). Reset to defaults — if deals appear, your filter combination was excluding everything.
3. No deals exist right now
The market does sometimes settle into a state where nothing's significantly below market value. Check back later — new listings appear constantly.
4. eBay rate-limited the scan
Browse API has daily quotas. If we're throttled, the Live Deals stat shows "throttled" with an amber badge. We try again on the next 30-min cron.
5. The scan hasn't run since you added cards
After adding new cards to your Sniper watch list, wait up to 30 minutes for the next cron tick. Or trigger an on-demand scan from /admin/scrapers (admin-only).
