Mintlytics holds your collection data and account preferences. Here's the full picture.
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, plan tier (via Clerk auth)
- Collection items: cards you've added, grade, purchase price, purchase date
- Sales: cards you've sold, sale price, fees (P&L tracker)
- Watchlists / alerts: cards you're watching, alert thresholds
- AI usage counters (Elite plan): query count + reset period
What we don't collect
- Payment details — Stripe holds those, never us
- Photos you upload to the AI Grading Assistant beyond the request lifecycle (deleted after 30 days)
- Browsing behaviour outside the app
Where price data comes from
All third-party, all read-only:
- TCGplayer — raw card market prices (USD)
- Cardmarket — EU market prices (EUR), via TCGGOPRO
- eBay Sold Listings — graded medians + individual sales
- TCGGOPRO — aggregated eBay graded medians
- PokéWallet — additional vintage card prices
We never resell your collection data. We do not run ads.
Data retention
- Active accounts: all data retained
- Deleted accounts: account row deleted, collection data anonymised within 30 days
- AI grading photos: 30 days from upload, then permanently deleted
