Every price you see in Mintlytics is sourced from a real third party. We never fabricate prices.

Raw card prices

  • TCGplayer Market Price — US retail, daily refresh
  • Cardmarket 30d average — EU retail, daily refresh, EUR
  • PokéWallet — additional vintage / Japanese pricing

Graded card prices

  • TCGGOPRO eBay graded medians — per-grade medians of recent eBay sold listings (USD)
  • eBay Finding API — individual sold rows (when we can fetch them; rate-limited)

Sealed product prices

  • TCGGOPRO Cardmarket 30d average — EU sealed pricing (EUR)
  • eBay sold listings for sealed products
  • MSRP for the base reference line

Refresh cadence

  • Card prices sync every 6 hours via the price cron
  • eBay deals refresh every 30 minutes
  • Sealed prices sync nightly + on cron tick
  • Hot cards recalculated daily at 06:00 UTC

How conflicts are resolved

When multiple sources have a price for the same (card, grade), we prefer:

  1. Our own eBay Sold cache (when ≥ 8 rows in the last 90 days)
  2. TCGGOPRO median (when sample size ≥ 3)
  3. Estimated via grade multiplier × raw

The card detail page price table always shows the source for each row so you know what's behind the number.
