Cancelling your subscription

Cancel anytime from /settings. You keep your plan through the end of the billing period.

Step by step

  1. Go to /settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage subscription. This opens your Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click Cancel subscription. Stripe asks you to confirm.
  4. You'll see a confirmation banner at the top of /settings.

What happens after I cancel

  • You keep your current plan tier until the end of the paid period (no immediate downgrade)
  • Once the period ends, your account auto-downgrades to Free
  • No more billing — Stripe stops charging
  • Your collection, alerts, and watchlists are all preserved

What if I'm over the Free limit when I downgrade

If your collection has > 25 cards or > 5 alerts when you drop to Free, nothing gets deleted. You'll see a banner asking you to either upgrade again or remove the excess. Read access continues to work — only adding new items is blocked.

Refund policy

We don't refund partial periods by default since you keep access for the time you've paid for. If you have an unusual case (charged twice, charged after cancelling, etc.), contact support and we'll sort it out within a business day.
