Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mintlytics, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mintlytics. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need a parent or guardian's consent.

Mintlytics is a market-intelligence platform for Pokémon Trading Card Game collectors. We provide price tracking, deal detection on third-party marketplaces, AI-generated investment theses, alerts, and portfolio tooling. Card metadata is sourced from public datasets; pricing comes from public marketplaces and our own calculations.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of any material removal of a feature you're actively using.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in USD unless otherwise stated.
• You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refund policy:we don't refund partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep paid features until the cycle ends. Annual plans (if offered) are refundable pro-rata within the first 14 days only.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice via email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
• Failed payments after a grace period downgrade your account to the free tier. Your data is preserved.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish Mintlytics data without a written license.
• Resell or sublicense the service or any data exported from it.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except through a coordinated disclosure to security@mintlytics.io.
• Use automation that materially degrades service quality for other users (e.g. excessive API calls beyond your plan's rate limit).
• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, or to harass other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Mintlytics provides market data and tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI assessments, deal scores, market values, max-bid recommendations, and verdicts are computed from public data and heuristics and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

You are solely responsible for any purchase, sale, bid, or investment decision you make. Always do your own research. The Pokémon TCG market is volatile and illiquid; past performance is not indicative of future results.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed is accurate, current, or complete. Third-party data (eBay listings, sold-price averages, card metadata) is provided by upstream sources and may contain errors or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintlytics, its founders, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to losses from buying, selling, holding, or not acting on a card based on information shown in Mintlytics.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid Mintlytics in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Mintlytics owns the software, design, branding, and original content. You retain ownership of data you submit (your collection, watchlists, notes). By submitting it, you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.

Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and related names are trademarks of The Pokémon Company. Mintlytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or The Pokémon Company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and we'll email registered users at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
